Hi there,

for a listening test in the context of his diploma thesis, a student asked me to make some advertising for his listening test. Here is his announcement:
the evaluation part of my diploma thesis "Automatic Extraction of Rhythm Descriptors from Music Signals" consists of a listening test. The task is to rate the similarity between several input rhythms and one template rhythm. The results are going to be compared with computed values of an automatic algorithm.
I ask you to perform this test which is located as a website at:

http://www.zplane.de/klich/listeningtest.html

Thank you and have fun listening (comparing) rhythms, ingmale
The test can be done in app. 10-15 minutes, and it would be great if some of you could find the time to participate.

Thanks,
Alex

This is not about skills, neither is there a wrong or right. This is a test about rhythm perception.
