Hello, I downloaded the tracktion demo this afternoon, and am having some problems with it...
I have an ibook G4, 1 gig RAM, and I used it mainly for recording song sketches that I could take to band practice &c.
I did this using my Line6 bass PODxt Live (what a mouthful!) going into Garageband through the handy usb port. Under 'preferences' I had the input driver set to 'Bass POD' and the output to 'default audio'. This worked fine.
I plug my POD into Tracktion, and it appears on the Audio driver list. The problem is that you can't seem to have a different driver for the input and the output. So to record with the POD I have to disable 'output' altogether. which is a very poor solution.
How do I record with the POD and playback using the mac's built-in audio?
