Hi
I have a Korg DDD-1.
It is nice and gritty, but the tune and decay of the soud can't be tweaked when the drum machine is playing.
So i was wondering : is there any way to modify it in live situation using an external midi controller or a sequencer ?
I haven't got the manual of this old thing, so i don't know if a CC is assigned to tune & decay...
Korg DDD-1 : controlling decay & tune with external stuff ?

Ahh! A kindred spirit with a DDD-1!
I find for more complex operations with it, I use samples of the machine that I downloaded from the DnB Wiki.

It's in the pack called "Drum Machines"... I know that doesn't answer your question, but it's just another option.

I just found what i wanted on the manual i downloaded.
Yes, we can change pitch and decay, but not with a knob : it is just that different notes are used to trigger the sounds with different tune or decay... Better than noting
