yet another feature request: on the control page you can select bend and velocity modulations. i would really like to see a mod wheel modulation aswell. i use this function a lot on other synths.. (more than the bend mod as my ms-20 midi controller doesn't have one..)

Hi Aciddose,I have some troubles with the latest versions of Xhip in Live 6.03.
It has happened with versions I used:
adxhip.0.6.11.0
adxhip.0.6.11.12
The latest version before these was downloaded on 25-12-07 but unfortunately renamed by me.
I did not have these problems with this december and older downloads; I have been jamming with these older Xhip's for hours without this problem.
However (!), I just started to compose songs again very recently, so that's with the .11 versions. This involves recording midi-clips, and playing notes & adjusting params while xhip plays at the same time because of midiclips. And a lot of params are controlled with a midicontroller.
I just tried again, I 'armed' the miditrack and the noise started after playing 3 chords only.
Or I play a chord, then touch a Live slider and it happens.
If this is a Live issue, please take it easy on solving this one.

Seeing he fixed a bug for a Logic 4 user i suspect he won't sleep really good until it runs perfect on any computer on the planet.

okke, but i'm interested in 10, 12 and 13.
you should try 13 first
http://xhip.cjb.net/xhip/releases/v0/b6 ... .11.13.dll
then 10
http://xhip.cjb.net/xhip/releases/v0/b6 ... .11.10.dll
what slider are you refering to? on the xhip gui, or a slider as part of live? can you reproduce the bug under various conditions, for example if there is no midi active? if the xhip gui is closed? moving other controls, not just the same one? i need more information to do anything about this sort of problem. if nobody gives me the information, nothing will be done (ever) about the problem.

this will make any additional controls (velocity, pitchbend, etc) redundant and so they will be removed. it will allow any modulation source to be applied to any destination parameter.{
- better message to parameter routing support
- unison with parameter diffusion, tie in with event routing
- page with event->parameter mapping, unison event mapping
}

OMG this synth is the freakin rulz!!!!111!!
I have been searching months for a good soft synth to 'learn' on. I always thought xhip was too complex for me. But setting down for a few hours noodling works wonders. I kinda figured out how it works now, I love how you can route different parts to the env and mods (I always thought this was normal, but then a lot of synths dont actually have this!)
I take back what I said about the interface before. I think its quite intuitive now. As long as it is stable and acidose keeps adding features, id be very happy!
Just want to say thanks for making such a great piece of software.

i'm going to implement a system specifically for adxi patches which automatically generates demos when you upload them.. i'll see if i can do that today.
