I have created guitar sound. I used sound from Tesseract, and improve by some distortions. But it sounds slim. I want to make my my sound more hard and heavy. Can you help me? May be I should make special options with equaliser? Or should to create strong bass, and hide slim guitar?

You can download this. But that is full song.

Record two guitar parts... Exactly the same. Pan one hard left, pan the other hard right. You'll sound "hard and heavy". Or simily duplicate your track and set the offset to the second track a few milliseconds behind.

Sounds OK enough for this style of e-music.
If you want it to sound bigger record 2 or 4 tracks.
Every track should be detuned few cents up or down and note position randomized few ticks forward and/or backward.
Then pan it 100% left, 100% right, 80% left, 80% right.
This is a standard "wall of sound" technique.

If you want to learn more about metal recording tricks you can go to the world famous Andy Sneap's Ultimate Metal forum.

Oh thanks! I'll try to do it.

It does not work. May be I did something wrong?
I used 4 tracks. For two, i used pitch for 20%, and for 2 other set a few milliseconds behind.

I said few cents (cent = one hundredth of a semitone) not 20%.

Just an example (experiment with different settings):

4 Tracks
1. Pan 100% Left, tune down 2 cents.
2. Pan 100% Right, tune up 2 cents, move midi events 2 ticks forward.
3. Pan 80% Left, tune up 2 cents, move midi events 2 ticks backward.
4. Pan 80% Right,tune down 2 cents.

The key to big sound is mixing many different , but not too different sounds.
Use different ampsim settings or even ampsims, different synths, cabinet impulses, randomized (+-few ticks) note positions etc.

You say you have "created" a guitar sound. What do you mean by that exactly? It sounds like you didn't play and record actual guitar (I'm not familiar with Tesseract).

In any case, the way to multitrack guitar parts to really fatten up the sound is to PLAY multiple tracks of the same parts. Copying, delaying and detuning the same part will never sound as good. It will sound unnatural no matter what you do. Playing the same part multiple times will yield slight rythmic variations that help to make the sound bigger and help with the groove.

Furthermore, many guitar players will use different amp setting or different amps altogether to create the multiple tracks. That also helps with the sound and is easier than ever to achieve with today's modeling technology. Copying a single track is really nowhere near as good sounding.
