Dear All
Does anyone know of a web forum for Battery 2 or 3? I've got a copy of Battery I'm running which I've been experiencing problems and I'd really love to chat to someone via email to source the problem.
Are there any oneline forums, tutorials etc for support for Battery?

Ok..advice taken..
As background I'm running Cubase SX3.1 on a PC using a Mia Midi audio card, JV1080 module and D50 keyboard.
In Cubase I've set up two midi tracks, one assigned to channel 10 on my JV1080 and the other to VST Battery on channel 11. In the drum editor in Cubase I've loaded a JV drummap and re-assigned specific sounds to channel 11 and set the default to battery. I've opened a kit in battery and this is where the problems start.
1.Using the mouse some but not all cells will trigger a sound although the CPU meters light up on all cells. Trigger cell on mouse click set to yes for all cells.
2.When I click on a cell using the mouse, another blank cell unrelated to the original will light up briefly.
3.My keyboard will trigger some cells/sounds but not others
4.When I solo track 1 (bass) on cubase, track 10 and 11 are still being triggered. Each midi channel has been set to receive its own channel in my JV.
Any ideas what's going on would be appreciated. I'm a tech newbie so be kind.
Thanks
Andrew

ok....it sounds like there are a couple of possibilities...first try starting a new project with just one midi track and 1 instance of battery....see if all the problems persist....when you click some cells in battery others light up...i think its sample layering here...usually the top row lights up lower rows but not vice versa (in b3..which version are you using)....it could be that the drum map from the jx you are using...doen:st match the battery kit you:re using...try just using the gm midi map and see if that makes a difference.....we wanna see if the prob is cubase battery or the jx....or 2 talking to each other....
as far as the other problem with the track playing while track 1 is soloed....make sure that they dont have both solo and mute checked...thats the simplest possibility...have you ever frozen the midi tracks? this has caused the problem for me in the past...unfreezing fixed it tho...if you solo in the other direction does it work? can you solo out channel 1 and just listen to 10 and 11? at the bottom of your track list there is a VST folder...if you open it up it shows the vsts by name...see if when you solo channel 1 the battery channel goes mute....
just a coupla ideas to start u off.....
