Nice update. I still think there should be support for note hold (CC64) if it's not too much trouble.

HE THIS IS SO GREAT!!!
Really, to have a capture for a synth and a sample is just brilliant...
CPU, what cpu?
Works great in Live 6, just 'arm' your SYNTH OF CHOICE and vOcOv at the same time.
This must be some really evil computer hacking
, but it works without any problem here and that for free!
Oh and by the way... turning 'Mute' of the captures 'off', and you have excellent control over the 'dry' signal of any of the inputs with the track volume sliders, becaue the captures take and send the inpute before that...

Wow, just downloaded an I have to say for a free plugin thats really good. I love the capture feature, thats exactly what I want a vocoder to work like. So overall I'd say great work. Another thing that would be kinda cool was if you could in a was mangle the bands. So for example that band 1 goes to 64, 2 to 63 and so on.

Pitch bend adjustment is a good idea. Of course, if you use external VSTi as carrier, you don't need to worry about it. LOL.
Is it possible if this can support Stereo input and output? It's very good so far, but if I were to use an external carrier source, the 'centricness' is very obvious. (Loss of 'depth')
edit: What does everyone else think?

thx for the interesting suggestions, all.
is the bands mangle function popular?
im not sure that makes what kind of sounds.
stereo input (that also related dry sound fader on vocov, because the VOCOVCapture sends only mono mixdowned signals) will needs almost 2 times cpu. what do you think about this?

Hi
One or two suggestions & replies :
- FR : a volume (to boost cut input volume) on Capture ;
- about the mono/stereo thing : mono is nice for voices and easy on cpu, stereo can be cool for processing whole tracks... Woudl asking for 2 versions (or a switch) be too much ?
- and last thing : the ability to "capture" the input audio as an audio file and store it into a library (but it may be very complicated to do, right ?)... or to freeze it and play it like an osc...

If Stereo input/output is going to double CPU use, that's fine by me. What does anyone else think?
If otherwise, can it be 'adjusted' or 'configued' to choose whether or not we want mono or stereo in the config file if it has one?
EDIT: Another suggestion. Saving settings in a project with the plugins? ie: On load, last settings have been kept.

updated.
http://www.g200kg.com/archives/software_vocov_e.html
*stereo carrier from "Capture" supported
*modulator "Comp" parameter added
*vocoder "Mangle" parameter added
*wet/dry mix parameter added
*fixed preset-name lost bug when save bank
stereo mode is supported with stereo-carrier/mono-modulator. it will become not so high CPU.
Mangle parameter is interesting.
wet/dry mix would be my favorite
thx for all,

Thanks for the addition! This truly is the best free vocoder out in the web! That mangle feature is indeed interesting.
