Sometimes when Im loading or converting Roland or Akai CD's, from the same company. Its not the cd! I works great. This time Im putting in akai cd instead of taking 40min to download it takes 5. It does not save to hard drive and if it does is all over the drive instead of one file? Some times I sit down put in the cd and it works. Even with the cd in it wont play all the samples. This has happend before then then the next time it works fine. Ive tried for two days and when it does put some of the samples on the drive they are not in one file and kontakt cant find them anyway? What am I doing wrong???

not completely sure I understand your problem correctly, suntea1203?
It sounds like you are trying to get Kontakt2 to read from roland and akai CD-ROMs and you are getting inconsistent results?
If that is the case, i would suggest that once you do get it to read right, you save your crucial programs to nki format so that K2 can read'em right for the next session... you should NOT have to do that, but - that is a sort of fix...maybe.
sorry that doesn't really solve your problem.
you *should* be able to read the discs consistently and if that IS the problem, i really don't know what to tell ya...
I'm sure there are other folks reading this forum who's K2 kung fu is MUCH better than mine

suntea1203, you may want to restate the problem if my assesement is not the problem you're seeing-
