X-Station has an audio interface and a MIDI keyboard built in, KS Rack has neither (although it's got 2 analogue inputs presumably for modulating in the synth) and you'll definitely need a sound card to get any audio in from the KS whereas you can get audio over USB from the X-Station. However, the X-Station's synthesizer section is 8 voice monotimbral whereas the KS is a 16 voice monotimbral and 4 part multitimbral synth. In terms of sound they're likely both fairly similar but I've only played with the X-Station before.
So, it depends what you want to do with it, do you want a keyboard synthesizer with a MIDI controller and audio interface built in or a synthesizer module with more flexible performance options?
