sonik synth 2 users

ok i bought a cd at a show installed it it comes up in my fl studio and when i try to load presets no sound nothing ?
dont know what am doing wrong. i have sampletank and it works fine in fl studio. does sonik work with fl studio ?

Do the keys on the keyboard at the bottom of the plugin window light up when you send MIDI data to it?

yeah it does but no sound ? also am using just me pc keyboard not a midi keyboard. my sample tank works like this so i figured so would sonik synth.

Does the signal level meter (the rightmost column on the left screen) show activity?

yeah still nothing . i even downloaded som free sounds from there website and still no go. does this synth only work through midi ?

You'd better contact IK support (use the link in your user area online). We try to help here, but it's not an IK support forum and we're not equipped to go through technical issues here like this.

Have you tried loading the sounds into Sampletank? The Sonik Synth 2 sounds will work in it. I would still contact IK, but if Sampletank is working for you, it will load the SS2 sounds just fine. I use Sampletank as my player for its own sounds & the SS2 ones.
