Before I host them, I would like a general consensious (is that english ?) if it is right to hot those.
I looks like it is impossible to contact Peter, and I think it would be right to have his permission.

So what do you think, comments are welcome

yeah def that one should be the right way, thats also why i offered to wakax eventually to send via pm, and not directly uploading to sendspace or somewhere else..
they are for free after all, but still, to host them officially somewhere, i reckon getting in touch with the sample pack creator would be better, just to avoid any misunderstanding...
still if anything happens on the reply front and sp3ed doesnt happen to have the packs somewhere still to send em over for karamoon-ized hosting, eventually i can look around in my dvds and send/upload em somehow...

well, do any of them have a license agreement with them? I don't have any on this PC at this moment, but I seem to remember there were license agreements with at least some of his packs. Anyway, what ever KvR thinks in response to the question, I would say it is at least ethically important to get his explicit permission.

I have three of his packs here but the ReadMe.txt says:

"Use of these samples are royalty free as part of your music, either commercial or for personal use - what you cannot do is distribute these files via any method, physical or virtual - always direct people back to the original place to download this pack."

So i guess we'll have to wait for Peter
