It's come to my attention that v3 fails MOTU's AU Examiner process. I've a feeling I know what the problem is - anyway, I'll aim to fix it and release a patch as soon as possible.
It works fine with Apple's AU validation and hence with Logic.

Fixed in v3.0.1 which now works fine with DP.
