kvr PM vs. email

Since a while I'm receiving a lot of PMs. Surely this is a kind of communication platform, but we have email though. The disadvantage of PM: I'm getting a kvrbot message instead of a regular mail. Mostly the kvr nickname is mentioned instead of the real name. All this makes it really difficult and messy too to organize the communication especially with registered customers.

So please: If it's really private, yes, then a PM is a cool message type. But if it's business matters a regular mail is way better for all of us.
