just found this guy playing this sound on YouTube!
what VSTI (free or commercial) can achieve this kind of thing?
I think he use extensive Vibrato effect to give this sweet sound.

Well, he's playing a juno-106, but I own a juno-60 and I've never gotten it to sound anything like that.

This was one of the very first things you could do when MIDI came out but I guess it seems kind of novel today.
So, not sure which sound is which instrument. (EDIT: Oh I see, he's looping the transposed MIDI back into the Juno! We used to do this with no transposition to double notes and create and interesting phase cancellation effect with the Juno's digitally controlled oscillators. Did the same thing with my JX-3P too.)
But they're not hard sounds to make. Square waves (actually I see him mixing in some saw too), I don't hear any PWM (correction, he tweaks the pulse width), piano shaped envelope, some slowish LFO mod of the oscillator, filter mid-way open, some filter env, no resonance... sounds pretty clean, chorus is probably off. What I would call an "analog synth electric piano sound". He's also transposing the MIDIed sound to play intervals. Kind of like adding a 2nd oscillator to the Juno. Personally, I'd play the intervals with my fingers because I don't like being painted into a corner, but I've seen some useful oscillator-interval playing with MONOPHONIC synths... check out the Minimoog playing spacey one-finger chords on Bob Marley's Stir it Up:
