Hi there!

I just want to say a friendly hello to all bitr customers visiting our company forum. My job is to support everything about samples here. Actually I'm a keyboarder and rather new at bitr and my main work here is sample editing, Preset making and finding solutions for computer trouble at our headquarter, which is located in the middle of Germany. In short: Is there any question about bitr products, I'll answer. OK, I'll try to do this! Of course just in addition with our sales manager Julia and CEO Klaus. I'm also doing mp3 tracks for the bitr products. My current job is the maintenance of the new TSL Sample Library products and guess what: The next products are already done and I'm currently uploading the data to the server. So I'm very familiar with all the new products details.

Hey, thank you all for the kind words!

It's a fantastic job here, that's for sure. Although we have a huge schedule and this makes a really long day. But it's OK for me and it's great to learn that the bitr customers are cool musicians, sending us nice mails and all this, some of them with links to mp3s! Julia is pretty overloaded with stuff on her desk and it's impressive to see that all here are highly motivated making the best what they can do. CEO Klaus is busy with so many projects simultaneously but always humorous though and keeping the overview at all. You can expect a lot of useful stuff throughout the next months from bitr. And if there is any question or issues on your wishlist let me know!
