What's up?

Got this sound here I'm trying to identify, the one right before the bass kicks in on Madlib: Live on Chocolate City.

Anybody know?

It's a vibraphone.

Your file is still 404, but I'm guessing you're talking about the chime-like sound at around 11 minutes into the Chocolate City set.

They're chimes, but not of the type that people hang on the front porch, but something closer to this:

they come in all sizes and usually feature at least double the amount of chimes:
