Think of it this way, how many hardware devices have come and gone and been forgotten about, its not what it is its what impact it has, look at rebirth, that has reached classic status as it changed the way a lot of people worked. Rebirth will be looked back fondly upon like an old synth, mainly because it has been shelved though, i they had continued to be developed it i dont think it would have. To be honest thoughi think its all balls, looking back weapy eyed to those days when music was music and instruments were instruments, people should look forward and get over themselves. cant stand music snobs. present company accepted... :)
