Making that "clear cloudy" sound:

First of all Hi, I'm kinda new here, even if I've been reading and learning a lot from this place for a lil' while now.
So I'm requesting your help because despite all the knowledge and the helpfuls threads I have read here, I just can't even reach that kind of sound :
http://rapidshare.com/files/23682397/Sound_1.mp3
http://www.megaupload.com/fr/?d=P2E2ZSHL
I'm aiming for that cloudy/dreamy sound behind the rytmic, I don't want to sound exactly the same, but I'd like to understand how to make that kind of sound.
I've tried many way (trying many things with a lot of synths, adding random effects, resampling, etc...) but just couldn't reach something close to this.
Thank for your time <3

No Rapidshare for me right now either, sorry.

I just couldn't use Rapidshare because I'm already waiting for another file to become available. Grabbing it from Megaupload.

Hm, couldn't say what exactly it is, but apart from that "flirring" sound, it could just be any pad with some filter applied.

Sounds like an FM synth bell sound layered with analog strings (maybe filtered acoustic strings, that would explain the tremolo) with some modulation going on. Try atmosphere, or maybe just an fm synth (fm8) and some analog synth with effects if you doing mind designing sounds with more than one synth.
PCM additive synths like the JV-1080 basically invented that kind of sound, so if you don't mind hardware then that might be worth a look.

Using Rapidshare for pr0n? Dude, you're insulting me! I mean, not for looking at pr0n but for using such a lousy service as Rapidshare...

Maybe you can try an additive synth or a synth with additive oscillator. You 'll be able de design any waveform
(Cube , absynth , Octopus etc).
It sounds a bit like a 'digital choir' to my ears. With a bench of peaking filters you'll be able to reproduces some formants.
Also spectral analysis / oscilloscop can help you to reproduce the original waveform ?
