Precision Sound - HALion/Kontakt vs. SF2?

I'm interested in purchasing some sample sets from Precision Sound, but don't understand why there's less 'programs' for .SF2 format? What could be more special in a HALion player than a Orion basic sampler?

HALion & Kontakt has more options for programming. In our latest Bergman Klavitron we have cycle round robin programs for Kontakt only. Let me know what library you have questions about and I will try to answer why in that particular case.
