Referring to: Saw Lead 1 patch found in Roland RS-50 and Roland RD-700SX keyboards.

Does anyone have any idea on how to recreate as closely as possible that tone of saw lead under z3ta+ or any other VSTi synth? I really love that sound but thing is I don't own these keyboards myself. (Cousin owns the RS-50, my church band owns the RD-700SX)

Other than the echo, it's just that saw tone I'm mainly looking at.
