Close enough. I think it does remember you even after uninstall, the Poly-Ana registry key persists (it doesn't hurt anything and takes hardly any space). But if it doesn't remember, re-enter the key you were originally issued. If you have problems beyond that, or your serial changed because you are upgrading/migrating to a new system, just send an email and we'll sort it out.

Is it just me or does the default preset bank not load in EnergyXT? It loads fine in Tracktion, but even if I save the presets as an fxb in Tracktion and then try to load that fxb bank in eXT nothing shows up.
Sounds fantastic BTW!

Good one, thanks! They're there. They're just not visible in the list of programs until you select each one.
Will look into this. Very odd.

Bit of a long shot but would it be possible to have a skin thats good for 2560x1600 ? All the current ones I have to get about 1ft from the screen to read any of the fonts. Maybe one of the existing ones (or all of them) 30% bigger?
Cheers,

Did everybody who asks me about 1024x768 hear that?english wrote:Bit of a long shot but would it be possible to have a skin thats good for 2560x1600 ? All the current ones I have to get about 1ft from the screen to read any of the fonts. Maybe one of the existing ones (or all of them) 30% bigger?

Sorry Eng, but the short term answer is "no". Longer term, this has to happen some day but I see it as more of an Operating System level issue than an Application-level or especially Plug-In-level issue. Arbitrary sizing is hard given today's O/S interfaces and besides... can you name me a single other plug-in that does it?
So I had to pick a size. I picked BIG. Very genuine thanks for being the first person to suggest it's too SMALL!

I dont have a problem with most others to be honest and its not the actual size of the plug itself, its that it seems to use extremely small fonts that are almost unreadable on a 30inch lcd at native res.
There are a couple of other plugs/progs that offer different sized skins for different sized monitor users. One is www.virtualdj.com .
Anyhow, as my mix position is unalterable I will have to give this synthie a miss until the size increases. Congrats though it sounds very good, nice job!

hehe, i wouldn't mind it being a tad bigger, either.AdmiralQuality wrote:Did everybody who asks me about 1024x768 hear that?english wrote:Bit of a long shot but would it be possible to have a skin thats good for 2560x1600 ? Gotta agree with the fellow above...I was so impressed with the sound that I shelled out the dough almost immediately, but the GUI confuses me. Perhaps an alternative GUI with a more modern interface would come in mighty handy for tweakers. I work best with a smaller number of controls visible at one time. Oh...and some in-depth documentation would be awsome...little confused about the modulation mixers.nrosko wrote:I really like the sound but the gui is awful sorry it just gives me a headache. Im not sure what school of design its from but it breaks most fundamental design principles.

Thanks Dayl.
Oh and Xenos, better docs are coming in not too many more days. Didn't want to hold up the 1.0 release for them.
Cheers.
