Online-Store Bug?

Hey,

as you know we have an updated online-store version of the xt-commerce store here http://store.backintimerecords.de . Now we got two mails from customers who want to order our products. Both reported that they didn't see the payment option selector box in their browser. This is strange because we can see the selector box as well as all our other customers! Hoo, what to do? Is here someone who can make an order just to check the payment feature for correctness? You don't need to finish the order, just check the look of the payment page. We appreciate the help to get a test of the store-feature. You can entry the order page as guest if you don't want to register.

thanks for taking your time to check this issue. We contacted the software developer now to get an idea what to do. It's really strange, some can see the selectorbox, others don't.

The store-software developers asked for special browser settings, perhaps the selectorbox can't be seen if some browser options are disabled.

I've just checked our store once more with PC and Mac, with Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer and Firefox. In all cases the payment selectorbox is visible.

It would help us if we would know any disabled browser function, so we could mention this in the order informations to avoid confusion when the customers are doing their orders and stuck with the invisible payment selectorbox.
