a bit of a beginner question and a general question - however - I have been playing with the yamaha and my PC (currently using an underpowered laptop while PC is sick) connected via MIDI (using VSTHost and/or ACID) and been having fun with it. Now I just got the MK-425C and my idea is to have the yamaha, MK-425C, and PC all connected together, allowing me to play on the Yamaha and use the MK-425C to both trigger things on the Yamaha, and to trigger VST instruments and effects via VSThost. I have MIDIox/MIDIyoke so I can "chain" MIDI in/out options on the PC as needed. I am thinking I will either need some kind of "2x2" MIDI connector or else 2 in/out connections on the PC?

so my question is, are there any suggestions or maybe better, any extremely useful sites and documentation explaining the best way to accomplish this and the best/correct setup?
