I used tracks from file 1, file 2, one track from file 4 and used the name of the song provided with file 3.

Thanks Alex. Glad to provide some amusement.

Thanks for the thumbs up. (At least, I think being called an indescribable song rape is a mellocompliment )

MaliceX wrote:...gag3 - Using a controversial aspect of music. Highly clashing, though I seriously can't fit the music in. Very experimental.
MaliceX, yeah, not being able to fit the music in is my intention. The fact that it was such a terrible act, and that it was an inside job (rogue elements of US Government brought the towers down in a controlled demolition, not two commercial jets).

People can not seem to accept that "this" is the truth. Yes, the music just doesn't go with it.

But, still, the music and the story belong. So hard to accept, but so true.

Thanks for giving it a listen. Not one for the iPod. I cried when I heard the woman dying. I had to do something with it.

People generally don't accept lies as the truth. Just like people don't accept that the Holcaust didn't happen either. You are entitled to your opinion, but this is not the place for political pandering, IMO.

But you certainly have accepted a lie as truth.

Music and politics have always been together. You should get into music history if you don't believe me.

Best wishes mmichalski59

BTW, my grandfather saw, first hand, the concentration camps. The Holocaust was real.

You stating so is not supporting evidence. As far as I am concerned, without indisputable evidence, you are the one spreading a lie, so we will have to agree to disagree.

I have a degree in Music Education and a minor in performance so I am well aware of the link between music and politics. I have no problem with your submission or your opinion. But when you call people blind because you don't see things as you do, that is where I draw the line. I just don't think it belongs here. Perhaps, Everything Else would be appropriate.

Then again, that's just my opinion.

BTW, you certainly elicited a response from your work, positive or negative, and that is what it is all about. I may not agree with you, but I do respect your efforts on your entry. A fine piece of musical political cartoonism it is.

Best regards!

I'm sorry but I will have to say my remix is going to obliterate Max el Bega's version... ;)

farlukar - Remote Commander -> #4 - A soundtrack for a low-budget future-dystopian scifi movie. Great sounds, I like the low-key feel with just a touch of tension under the surface.

LUBI - In The Chambers at Night -> #3 - Very carnival-sounding, especially with the animal noises on top. The spoken part is hard to make out but the bits I heard sound creepy when added to the music.

Patrick9 - Barrelhouse -> #3 - As polka is pure dance music, it seems appropriate to meld it with other forms of dance music. I tried this myself initially, but your take is much better than what I came up with. Nice work.

Hellbilly - Pollyanna -> #4 - Nice choice of sounds. It's got a good chilled-out feeling, driving with the top down.

gag3 - 9/11 Roll Out the Barrell -> #3 - Quite a clash of moods. The musical element is kept fairly minimal to focus on the spoken stuff, obviously. Sounds like it would fit in a certain type of documentary.

Max el Belga - Mad Midi -> #2 - The keys on top and the drums and sounds underneath are an interesting clash in the first half. Somehow feels like stirring a drink.

mmichalski59 - They Fly To Heaven -> #1 - Easy-going and gentle sounds, a nice mellow take. Very nice.

mellotronaut - Why Rosamunde Died -> #1,2,4 - Dark lyrics with your usual psychedelic vocals. Very trippy and spooky.

I posted these links earlier... yeah, the supporting evidence was cleaned up and "recycled" pretty fast, no?

Aw, I have a friend in student debt :)

I didn't use that language. At least, I didn't intend it to come across like that. I would, however, like people to give this "idea" a chance by listening to some very credible testimony and explanation of physical laws that show that it is true. I don't expect every one to believe it to be true, but "I" surely do.

I didn't intent it to be a cartoon. Do you watch the "Sick and Twisted" fesivals?-)

MaliceX - Ambiguous Decision to Kill ~weird shortversion~ -> #2 -
Starts out soft, but developes a very aggressive sound. Powerful stuff.

Technical note: bit rate for the mp3 is a bit high, it's only supposed to be 128kbps.
