The only politics I see in music is the different types of music among various groups of listeners around the world.

16 BTW.

C'mon -- concentrate on the music -- no politics, no religion and no moralising -- or you'll get ANOTHER pie-in-the-face award...

;)
adj, you almost sound like a guy named xander. Anybody that thinks the politics, religion, and moralizing have no place with music, doesn't know anything about music. At least the music I enjoy. I'll take what comes from being a critical thinker, and I like pie. Make it cherry.

Not everyone needs to have positive feedback, but it is usually nice when mixed with a portion of reality.
I am xander you twit. :hihi:

I NEVER said those things have no place in music -- get a grip and stop misquoting people. I said they don't belong here -- even a preacher like you can understand the reason for that yeah?

Now you and what's his name take that stuff to HPC like good boys. Roger? :tu:

I know you are, but what am I?-) I only need one profile to get my music across.

I can see, everybody's well and alive, except 'Rosamunde'. :hihi:

adj/alex/xander is just *one* of the delightful split-personalities available for your entertainment here at KVR. New models are in production as we speak.

Man, is this ever the wrong place for that.

I haven't yet seen anyone suggest that music shouldn't have anything to do with politics, religion, or moralizing. What I have seen suggested is that the Gossip Thread for the monthly contest isn't the optimal venue for discussions about those topics.

There are plenty of forums for those discussions already. There's a forum here for discussing exactly those kinds of things.

Oh christ :dog:

So, now you're implying that I need more than one 'profile' to get my music across?

Why? Because I dared slap your smarmy little ego down?

I've had to keep this 'profile' to answer all the PMs I get for the Chrysalid CD,. a heap of on-going collabs/music projects and I also use this nick here for my contest music and have for a very long time.

... and so forth and what EV said... :|

...a nice larf afore bed... it's the way you said it...

Now, in calmed spirits, I leave thee for my bed. And may the Cosmic Giggle bless you all to infinitely hysterical oblivion...

G'nite ;)

I am not implying anything xander. You were making it look like two people were expressing an opinion by using two profiles to post in response to my stuff. Maybe you did it accidentally. I did notice that you intentionally edited your signature image at the bottom of your post.

That kind of smacks of deceit, maybe like you were showing support for your argument, when it was really only one person.... little xander.

Wow, I think I better stop while I can. You are pretty sneaky

Post

oh, and BTW, xander,.... I think your music is really cool. You do know tons about music.

peace, g

I've seen Alex switch between his 2 profiles fairly frequently, and never saw any attempt at deception in it.

Of course, when I first started participating here, it did take a couple of switches for me to be sure it was the same poster. Hey Alex, maybe you should add an 'aka adj/xander' to your sig. That way you won't be accused of being shifty during flame-fests. :hihi: :P

I highly recommend Kara-Moon. Very nice free service. You can even post a song to their forum to get a usable direct link.

I've also had good results with FileDen. The downloads aren't as fast as Kara-Moon, though.

MaliceX,

Mate, that is super solid. I am jealous of the drum work.

High impact and energetic.

Mr. Pot, I would like to introduce you to Mr. Kettle. You should get along real well.

I am done now. Sorry I ever responded to the comments in the first place.
