Problems reading the CM-FM mag DVD's?

I buy the two magazine every month, but lately my PC has had problems reading the DVD's that come with the magazines. I've tried the DVD's on a lot of different PC's and nothing seems to work. This might be slightly OT but I'm wondering if anyone else have experienced the same problems, as I'm sure a lot of you good folks here at the forum also enjoy these magazines.
Not being able to access the samples of the DVD's at all is very frustrating, as those samples are one of the main reasons for me to buy the magazines.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would suggest posting in the CD/DVD support forum on their own site.

Never had any trouble... that's really wierd. Could it be a "standard" problem - I know in Europe there all kinds of different electronic video systems, though I'm not sure how that would translate into data. It coul be the drive type or something... I know movie DVDs are differnt to those in North America. I get CM from time to time and haven't had any trouble, but maybe they furnish it that way. Asking at a tech shop could help. Sorry no help, but welcome to KVR

Thanks for your replies!
I'll try turning off Autorun and see if it helps. I was also thinking my DVD burners (a Plextor PX716A and Nec ND 3550A) perhaps needed to have a lens cleaning, but I haven't used the NEC burner very long.
Could it have something to do with the read speed of my burners? Are there some way of easily adjusting this and perhaps get them to read the data much slower?
This is all very strange, even more so because I can't get the three DVD's I'm having problems with to work on any other PC, and that might suggest the DVD's are faulty, but all the three newest of them, from both CM and FM??
I'll send the people at CM and FM an e-mail hear if they've had any complaints on their DVD's lately.
Thanks again!
Kind regards,
HoneySound
