The three free VSTs (Phaser, Ping Pong Delay and Multitap Delay) are now using the VST 2.4 spec, and so are usable in hosts that require that version (e.g. Live 6 on Intel Mac).
Mac versions only for now.

I use Nuendo, so AU aren't compatible. And If I wasn't too lazy, I could probably figure out how to design one with SonicBirth... Honestly, if the port to VST is not too arduous, yes, I would really appreciate it. I use sample delays to realign microphones in coincident pickups.
