hey guys

I'm really sorry I haven't thought that mac users couldn't use 7zip ( free and powerfull zip tool) but I guess an usb key and a pc is not hard to find.the exe file is an auto extracting file so you don't need to install 7zip to unzip it.

Cheers and thank you once again Angular for those nice loops

S:\Spectrasonics\RMX\SAGE\SAGE Libraries\User Libraries

you can put the file here (depending of your hard drive letter and of your OS I guess) and let the "converted files" folder ,it will appear as angular when you chose user library in RMX

I had an email from someone saying that it did not work for him until he dropped everything in the converted rex files folder...I assumed that it had to be, so I changed the instructions. I do not own stylus, so I can check myself if it was correct or not. Will change it back now.

Post

It does not need to be in the Converted REX folder at all. That's for REX files that were not yet converted and that needed the user to convert them to RMX files using the SAGE converter. All you have to do, and I did this myself, is to drop the ANGULAR folder in the User Libraries folder. After all, the set is already converted to RMX!

BTW, thanks for an EXCELLENT set of samples!

Thanks for the explaination, and hey, you are welcome Ned!

Need some help here. I tried both these methods: unpacked all 7 rar files to my desktop into one angular.exe file and ran that to the user library. (no go) Then I tried to unpack the 7 rar files to 7 single angular.exe files and ran each exe to the user library (no go) Everytime it asked to overwrite, I said yes. When I run RMX and choose the user library it flashes "angular" real quick and goes back to the default library. It looks like all the files are there and in the right place, and I didn't get any corrupted file errors or anything.. (it did the same thing in the "converted" folder also, but after reading the last few posts I changed to the user folder as instructed)
edit- using windows xp

Same results here (also on Windows XP). It looks like the 800 mb folder is properly unpacked and in the correct folder. However, RMX does not seem to want to recognize it.

just move the Angular folder up a level...Sounds like you have an Angular folder within another Angular folder.
The problem relates to RMX's inability to handle folder structures of more than two or three levels.
I've had the same problems as both izzy768 and Electric Phase when using other libraries that I've converted
I don't have anything against gravity but it really does weigh me down
