Hey Brok - it would be great to nail that sound (especially the low grit) on Zebra2. We need a good set of samples - can you supply?

BTW: I love the sound of old string machines, but never owned one until just 3 days ago: got a GEM PK-4900 for 50 Euros

A real character, it includes quite a good sounding mono synth with variable portamento and cutoff. Playing polyphonic and monophonic at the same time means you need to adjust your playing technique, especially with "S.E.C." switched on. Don't know what SEC stands for, but it defeats the poly section until you play at least 3 notes. Wonderful stuff...

Sorry, my little joke is going too far...if you read the first page, you will see some others pointing it out: the guys wants the "Vangelis" sound, not the "Van Gelis" sound; the performer is Vangelis.

The strings in the background... are they made with the "string-machine" or something else ? What could bring me close to this sound ?
