FL7's Morphine

In reading the Computer Music review of FL7, I noticed for the first time a mention of MORPHINE which is supposed to be a new generator. I had never heard of this before, so I Googled it and sure enough, it turns up on the list of new FL7 generators.
I have the latest FL7 installed, but I don't see this in there anywhere. What do I need to do to get this to show up? Or is this something you need to buy separately before it shows up in the list?
Thanks

Where did you see it listed as a generator included with FL 7?
Short answer: Morphine isn't finished at this time.

It's buried in the long lists of updates that have been posted on a few sites.
Looking back on the KVR forums, I see that JMC and others mentioned MORPHINE back in December, but nothing since. So I guess there is a new synth in the works that's not yet finished.
Anyone know if it's going to be a freebie, or an add-on? I could probably correctly guess this one, but with the included new Edison and Love Philter, it might not be THAT big a stretch to get an included new generator.

It's not going to be a freebie, as far as I know.

as long as at least the featured VST would be implemented as a real FL Plugin.TotcProductions wrote:But it is going to be a nice addition. It's not going to be a freebie, as far as I know.
Meaning: not just a VSTi Plugin, but a full FLi Plugin with all the "right click menu" functionality per parameter like any of the internal FL Plugs (should/could) do..

I hope not.
For sure if gol develops them, but would be nice if 3rd party devs would implement the functionality if designing them for FL in the first place at least. :/

I too prefer native versions, also because it's easier to create automation clips and links to controllers.

[getting back to this forum, wasn't able to check posts here by some reason]
Well... Morphine. It's BIG stuff, which is now in development. Beta testers and sounddesigners already can try it... But it doesn't have a nice UI graphics yet so it will be on public test as soon as we finish the gfx design.
It's planned to have FL version for that... as well as for Toxic/PoiZone/All my stuff which will come after. As well as AU/VST on OSX, Morphine opens a new era of synths here on IL - it has modern UI multiplatfrom code (I've dropped that damned VSTGUI finally as I've developed my own UI lib, so it's gonna be HOT
). Consequenly, I will port all synths on that new system, so it will be FLS/AU/VST... on summer I guess, about so.

Right-click is planned for non-FL versions also. So in usual VSTi version this feature will exist.sQeetz wrote:as long as at least the featured VST would be implemented as a real FL Plugin.TotcProductions wrote:But it is going to be a nice addition. It's not going to be a freebie, as far as I know.
