Hehe.. indeed this one is UNIQUE! IMHO much better than the "other" version. This one has REAL soul. Or maybe placebo is talking again?ddummer wrote:Well thanks to you bmanic since the beta you tried was a "meehh" I pulled this one from

.. not that the other one was bad either but man, this is a true gem that you've created!
I really like it the way this thing can be good on almost anything in very subtle or not so subtle ways. It's a true "hmm lets try this on .... " kind of plugin that makes one want to experiment and put it all over the place. It works very well as a parallel compressor as well (provided that the host provides a wet/dry knob per insert). Only problems with parallel compression comes when you engage the "Low Punch" knob as it seems to be shifting the phase somehow. Anyhow, extremely good plugin this one!
Cheers for the freebie!

you DO realise that spectraphy causes delay right that the sequencer CANNOT compensate for as spectraphy does not support pdc...
that's why i only use it in the mastering stage
ARGH! this is not so good if true... ri-ARGH! (i'm thinking to a parallel "compression" for example !!!)

That would only matter on mixer channels. If it's on your master fader, then the entire mix would be delayed = no problem.
This limiter is like drum buss crack, thanks!
Anyone compare this to the Chandler compressor plugins? Hows it fare compared to those?

I would demo, and consider buying the Chandler limiter if it didn't use a iLok. I'd consider it if it used a Syncrosoft dongle...
