Pad problem...

Hello!
Many of the pads I have (.sf2 or .wav) are configured to sound different at the beginning, in the middle and in the end. What I mean is that there is a lower starting point, a median higher point and an descending point, all these with different kind of effects (phase, flanger, filter...). The problem is that each time I change the note, the pad starts with the same algorithm, but I would like to have a continuous sound range, with different notes. I tried to do that with the Piano Roll, in FL Studio but it seems impossible to do. At least for me... That's why I'm asking you, guys, if is there any feature I don't know yet to avoid this effect - the pad sound witch starts each time from the beginning. Or if you know any other vst plug-in, well, I don't know exactly, anything that could help me...
Sorry for my english, I hope that I made myself understood. And thank you in advance!

Stop using samples for this. Turn to a real synth...
There you have an envelope generator (ADSR) totally at your own control. Maybe Synth1 or Fruities 3xOsc?

We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

If you dont care about the tempo sync you can just enter one long note and then use pitch cc for changing notes without turning off that one long note.emanuelsj wrote:Hello!

And if you want the sound to be 100% synchronized you can use Reaper to split one very long wave to individual notes and then set the "pitch adjust" in each note "item properties" (Select item and press F2).

have you tried cutting the sample up in to different sections and have say an octave for each on the keyboard when you use the piano roll
