[LiveSlice v145b8]

BR3/ 'End marker' bug in slicer
1- In the slicer, drag the 'End marker' to the left
2- Add a marker (CTRL+LMB) just before the 'End marker'
:?: The 'End marker' jumps back to the end of the slicer

Suggestion:
Could there be a function for the 'End marker', similar to the one implemented with the 'Start marker' (I.E. when you MMB just after the 'Start marker', it jumps and 'snaps' to the following marker)
It would be very logical and useful to be able to do the same thing with the 'End marker' which would snap to the previous marker (I.E. MMB just before the 'End marker' makes it jump to the marker just to its left)

Cheers,
GilJ.

I've been busy workin on non-livelab stuff that really needed attention. There will be a new release soon. The latest betas have been very promising as I'm sure everyone on the list can agree.

i only need to wait and see coz a fella over here on kvr is doubtful whether selling it or not..
in case he decides to keep it, just for the records, will there be a sort of launch price buy when 1.5 will be released?
/me keeps on waiting greedy

Here's the list of changes for the latest build: 1.45 RC 1:

- fixed "noise in output 2+" bug
- the double slider (for the parameter randomization) can now be controlled using just the left mouse button (more mac friendly)
- added an option to define what midi note LiveSlice will use for middle C (in case you changed that in your host)
- changed the layout of the settings page a bit to move midi controllers to the top.
- made the slice markers a little bit easier to grab with the mouse (the are is now 3 pixels on each side of the marker)

what i would like to see and make me buy it probably woulbe be the feature where u can set the start and endpoints in a loop so if u set them close to eachother u get a stutter effect.
or am i missing this in the demo?

I'd do this by putting a delay as a send effect on liveslice (to create a stutter effect) and then use the midi output in liveslice to control when the audio is sent to the stuttering delay. It's very flexible compared to an internal stutter effect.

I do have plans for a new parameter toolbar that will allow for many more parameters. This will make it quite easy to add stutter / flam effects, filter, distortion and more.

Once you get used to the midi out feature though, you'll love it because you can re-use the effects you already know (and use because you like their sound)
