it's always a pleasure to listen to your music. Cool stuff.
There are many good ideas here, but I think it suffer from dispersion. Probably you're right it's a bit too long, and the melodies dilute, but on the otherside it gives a sense of lacking of memory, when you force yourself to remember (with kind of ostinato) but your mind's emtpy (pauses of silence) and you can't remember.
After several listenings I like it, but I believe it hasn't catchy themes or easy lines

I agree with all your points cause it really doesn't quite click yet.
Definitely a 30% 'almost'
I do think with work (on the melodies) it might be salvageable as a piece. (I think my problem starts with not having the keyboard accessible atm.)
