I don't know about you but I deliberately didn't listen to any of the tracks until I was done - just in case someone took a similar angle.

Crazy isn't it - you work with it and it all feels like you wrote it. Then you hear the other tracks and there's the same theme done again - only better - I loved yours.

1-2 Many, nice job on lyrics.

Clever rhymin inside of telectible timin.

Barnadine, nice job. Could have been an excellent entry last month too.

Thanks gag3 :D

You know... you could have put all those comments in one post, then you wouldn't have to worry about the meter ;)

Yeah, i guess. I could have logged out, and then logged back in again as a different user too:-)

Oh, and Scoops, I am voting for Echo Vodoo instead of you. He is much more professional. :P

Hey! Go easy on the Schizophrenics around here!

Markleford - Surprise! More Math-Jazz! -> #4 - It's a surprise, all right, flying along at top speed and defying one to guess what's coming next. It just needs some muffled shouts of "go! go!" in the background to be a midi Mingus. Like Mingus, this track took multiple listens to find the stuff I like, but it definitely grows on me.

1-2-Many - Clown College -> #4 - Starting off with a Homer Simpson quote, brilliant! I like the sounds in general, though I'd personally like the EP-ish sound to be a bit thicker. Nice lyrics, I like the vocals, and the work as a whole.

steveholt - Reality TV -> #4 - Love the lyrics (even though I tend to watch too much 'reality' TV myself, I tend to agree with you, except for the bit about having more musicals on the tube). Nice sounds, I like your vocals, very nice piece.

Barnadine - peppermint glade -> #4 - Arrrggghhh! :-o I love peppermint, but now I'm going to get this creeped-out spooky feeling whenever I have some, thanks to your lyrics. Lovely chilly atmosphere, nice vocals.

Zombie Queen - Muppet Mice Space Wrestling Event -> #3 - Fascinating sound selection. Sounds like it could accompany a Tom and Jerry cartoon, it brings outlandish cartoon hi-jinks to mind immediately. Very entertaining.

Who's starting rumours about me being professional? I think the quality of my music clearly says: I'm as amateur as they come. :P

slartibartfast wrote:Echo, I have to admit that half of the solo (probably the good half) in my track was actually contained in the original File 4.
I know it was heavily based on File 4, but you improved on what was there, and I enjoyed the way you did it. :tu:

Uh Scoops, i don't think it's a good thing when someone says "SHIT" when reviewing your track.

3 more reviews and 2 more songs waiting in "mi musica" (I've got windows in spanish, for my daughter... ) :

1-2-Many - Clown college 2 : A night at the circus. Entertaining madness; maybe I'd pump up the snare a bit and then put a little more in the back...

steveholt - Reality-tv : A night at the TV. Somehow these 3 songs, in this order, sound to me as a trilogy. Good stuff, again...

Barnadine - Peppermint Glade : Great sounds and sounding big; WoW, a wonderful production ! Tremendous mouth-drum fills. 8)

Scoops, why don't we avoid us a lot of headache and just skip voting; give all of the boys some software and tell us a new story... :hihi:

Until soon,

Max... .. . :P

Hi there again (BTW now ya'll can see who's the early bird in Canarias) :

dmast - Midi-o-core : A fine version. Although not made to listen to it with headphones, what I do early in the morning, while madame's still sleeping...
First I thought my head would fall of my shoulders, twisted around by that wirling piano. :help: Lucky me; the next instrument smashed it right back on it's place  . I can asure you, that woke me up !!! :-o  You're THE right man to write film music !

zombiequeen - Muppet mice space wrestling event : This is unique :D ! You've made a new trend 8) ! MelloMaxSchool :hihi: ! Starting in the demolition business, crossfading towards music from the body and ending in a nice tail, a bird singing along with it...
That bird was in fact a real bird that just at that instant started singing outside my window :-o ; beautifull !
