Hi Mr. Freeware,
the first link is for who is registred to esnips.com I don't have any registration there so please send me a small mp3 (20 seconds is enough for understanding) in my email or just use the same service (zshare.net) for upload your favorite reggaeton song.

auto tune does not harmonize vocals, only corrects them if they are out of tune.
the only real "harmonizing" vocals in this sample are the male vocals towards the end of the clip. all it is is two vocals singing the same melody, but one at a higher octave than the other. an octave higher can be achieve on your sequencer or audio editor by pitch-shifting it up to 12 steps (or 12 semitones, sometimes labeled as +12).
i personally find it best to just sing the higher part separately. it sounds more natural. if you're working with samples and u just can't get around doing that, then the example above is the way to go. THEN u can use Auto-Tune to correct the vocals so they don't sound so out of tune, which makes it sound tight.
