well - erm... that translation doesn't translate too well I guess....

so in my recent hunt of vintage and not so vintage guitar stompboxes I was searching for an old Marshall Shredmaster - I had one long ago and started to really miss its sound... well I found a store who still had an old stock of those pedals (but sadly only the other two - drivemaster and bluesbreaker)

having turned into an acoustic hippie rather than my old grunge self "muffy" I decided to get me the BluesBreaker pedal... back in the days I seemed to have prefered the Shredmaster (that's why I bought it I guess... never was into SHRED but the pedal wasn't named correctly anyway)

then the other day I found someone who wanted to trade me a used Shredmaster in good condition.... and today both arrived

what can I say... I still like the Shredmaster I mean really like it - but it doesn't really have the "magic" I thought it had (maybe just a memory thing - or my taste in tone changed - which is more likely) the BluesBreaker pedal however - wooow... that's a cool one

don't get confused though - I'm talking about the old version of the pedal.. the big black box... haven't tried the new one but I hear it's not that good
