Hi,

I have a m-audio Fast track pro and I want to put an stompbox in the insert of this thing. :?

But I don't know how this should work??
One insert has only one Jack. Do I need special cables for that? :help:

The manual says this: "The TRS jack is configured as follows: Tip=Send; Ring=Return;Sleeve=Ground"

Thanks for reading!

You'll need an "insert" cable like this, not very expensive:

Actual length is often 3 meters, one stereo plug at one side and two mono plugs at the other: one (white label) is wired to the tip, the other (labelled red) to the sleeve. So the white goes to the input and the red to the output of the stompbox.

Your local music shop or well-assorted electronics shop should have it in stock. Or you can buy the parts and let a friend do the soldering.
We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated. Image
My MusicCalc is served over https!!

Thanks very much! I going to hunt for one.
Dank je! ;-)
