Wow me109, you hit the nail on the head. This contest isn't just about hearing great/crazy music that you probably wouldn't give the time of day (
), but it really does make you look at your own schlop and think "wow, i could do so much better" because here are all these people with basically the same gear as you, some with more or less musical experience, and they're producing some amazing tunes. I find it all rather inspiring, i just feel like crying

Is it really fair to egg on the speculation for the mystery you yourself have created?Scoops wrote:It could be based on the Wiccan Rule of three.
Maybe ask to to create a triangle in music.
Maybe the 3 populations Plato based his Utopian city on.
Hmmmmm....

Received and replied. I've probably stepped in it with my passing comment, since I probably don't have the skills to bring my mental mashup into the real world, but perhaps it will be interesting to see how badly I do.Barnadine wrote:email sent.

That sums up my feelings to the letter. I wish I had more time in my life, to be able to participate on a monthly basis.napalmbob wrote:Wow me109, you hit the nail on the head. I've appreciated all the feedback (as well as the few nods-of-approval). After listening to a good number of the tracks this month, I've become inspired to try out, and experiment with some new ideas (new for me anyway).
Cheers, and congrats to the winners.

It's 3bpm. Good job you chose the fast one.

There are votes from 40 people (and 43 tracks), so we're almost done with it.

Excuse me..can I just say how flabbergasted I am at receiving a goodly share of respectable voting marks.. This is not done you know. Im starting to worry now that its part of some alien plot and the normally discerning KVR voters have been replaced by zombie type-a-likes with the ultimate goal to take over the world and make vurt the emperor of the universe, once he has mated with the cat-queen and fathered hundreds of vittens ...! many thanks again, I love you all.

I'm excited to have received some HM's and even votes this month. Thanks to Max, Oddbods finger, Emerald Tablet, Barnadine, MaliceX, Scoops, Sttjelle, Stressed, Spirulence!
And I'm absolutely thrilled with my #2 vote from Mabian. Glad you liked my version
