Bought TSL Vintage Strings Ensembles Plus last week and noticed some odd key mapping especially in the following:

CMI Mid Strings 2
Crumer Strings 1R
Fairlight Strings 2
M-400 Strings 1 1
M-400 Strings 2 1
M-400 Strings 2 2 (C1 - F1 ?)
Octave Strings 1R
Solina Synth 1L
Solina Synth 1R
Trident Strings 1L
Trident Strings 1R

Are these errors in mapping or are they intentional?

BTW, are the letter L and R suppose to designate the left and right sides of samples?

Yes, the L and R SoundSets are the left and right channels. You can load each of them as single instrument or assign them to two layer slots for stereo sound. In this case the concerned pan knobs should be turned to the left and right too.

While you are at it, can you check Crumar Strings 1L? The key map range is different from Crumar Strings 1R.

The most of the reported instruments have minor mapping issues, so I'll fix this quickly.

The CMI Mid Strings 2 is a Split Program.

The M-400 Strings 2-2 is a wrong entry, shouldn't be inside the collection. Please delete it.

We'll replace the Crumar Strings with one with more sample intervals.

As soon as they're fixed and replaced I'll upload them and mention this here. Please allow a little while for proceeding, but I'll care for a fast handling though.

Hey,

we have a

product update V1.5:

- Reported mapping issues solved.
- Additional instrument multisamples now included: VP330, Siel Orchestra, Elka Rhapsodie, Crumar Performer Strings (replacement for previous one). Sample update V1.5 size = 55 MBs.

All customers will get a personal mail with the download link.
