It's a sampled rhodes if I remember right.

You can achieve this with a Rhodes played in a high octave with short envelope and delay..

It's a percussive sine wave with slight resonance and delay. You could already make that with Atlantis easy.

ADSR settings:
Attack = 0
Decay = 0 to 48
Sustain = 0 to 64
Release = 0 to 64
Shape: Probably like a kiddy playground slide in side view.

OSC:
Sine wave (you could try a slight blend with a square or triangle) at +24, with a resonance value of ~70. Add some kind of delay on it with a filter.

Add a second OSC with a very short attack, then goes quickly. Something not too loud, but not too obvious. Think a marimba or glockenspiel type of mallet. Waveform, probably a pitch-enveloped sine is enough.
