What is the best graphical environment for creating and editing SFZ definition files to playback multi-velocity-layer samples?

http://audio.clockbeat.com/sfZed.html is pretty decent. I know there's another one but I forget what it is. Google sfz editor.

sfzed is a gui, but not really "graphical" per say. It doesn't show you visually the kepmaps and layers and make it easy to edit them. It just provides a GUI to enter data that will end up in the SFZ file. I could almost just as easily edit the SFZ in a text editor.
