No, it's simply if you have registered any IK product it sees it in the system and qualifies you for the crossgrade to be authorized. So, it goes by you being registered... therefore things like refills and RAW libraries don't count. Plug-ins however do... not just the guitar plug-ins but the instruments as well.

I'd take advantage of that crossgrade for all offer. It's a pretty generous deal and I don't think there's even any other companies offering such a thing.
