Given the quality of the other SimulAnalog things, you find 8 pounds to be a stretch for a proper Soldano emulation?!? I mean, come on, you gotta be joking!cheul wrote:Geez you have to pay 8 pounds to get that issue in Europe ? A bit of a strecth if the soldano emu is all you wanna try...
Where can I find some more information about this? And which issue is it exactly? It's really tough to find them in germany, let alone any specials.
I would easily buy the issue for that Soldano thing alone, even if it's like 30 pounds.

Our local Borders has it also (Atlanta, GA area). This issue (CM Special Volume 22 "The Ultimate Free Home Studio") also has a CM version of Electri-Q with additional features over the free posihfopit edition and Strat-A-Various 2 CM from Krakli (synthesized guitar). Well worth picking up. Haven't tried any of them yet, though.

Inquiring minds want to know...
Anyone want to stick this on fileshack or a similar service?
It's not freeware, it's magazineware. Come on, pony up the $$ and buy it like a man.

I have not installed it yet either. We are a lazy .............
No one has tested it?
In the magazine the developer Thomas Serafini says that he is finishing a new commercial product:
"There will be many more models and added features, but this will be released as commercial software under the brand name Overloud."
And there is a picture of him. It was great to see pictures of the freeware developers. Best CM magazine I have ever seen.

Gunnare - your MinimogueVA had to be under serious consideration for that issue. Nice job on that synth! Yeah - have to agree that it's one of their best issues ever.

I must get this issue if the developer of one of my fave freeware synths says it's worth it.
