Hi!
As far as I can see there is no midi file export in Liveslice!? This is essential if you are working with non-equally spaced slices. Are there plans adding this feature to Liveslice? If yes, please do it drag n droppable like in phatmatik.

...quite frankly, it wouldn't make any sense to me since the big advantage of LiveSlice is being able to work without midi. LiveSlice already allows you to arrange slices within the plug-in, so there is no real need for midi. Or am I wrong? Perhaps I didn't understand properly for what you'd neede midi...

I agree that the strength of LiveSlice is it's ability to arrange using the GUI and have arrangements triggered by midi.
However, more traditional slicing/dicing playback is offered as well - so it's not out of the question to have midi export for that part of it.
And when REX2 compatibility is implemented it would be good for simple REX playback and for stuff you migrate from another "lesser" REX playback device.
Midi export sounds like a good idea to me.

Caleb

+1 for MIDI export from me,

MIDI export will also be interesting for me, in order to be able to apply groove (or sometimes called shuffle on some sequencers) when creating new loops on LS's tracks.
(Though I would prefer the shuffle feature to be implemented directly into LS! But I did this FS quite a long time ago
and I don't think that Ohm has planned to implement it in v1.5)

GilJ.
