Well, if LFOs, than make them fast and add noise as waveform...

I thought there is more than 1 oscPeter from LinPlug wrote:what would retrigger such a restart ?

Preset the default pitch bend at 2 up and 2 down. It is a tad cumbersome to set it for just about every patch. Thank you.

Also it could be nice to have looping speed control.

Definitely presets. A sequence step by step recorder would be nice too.
But overall Octopus is already a really rich synth.

possibility to bypass each single matrix crossing, in order to be able to hear what that modulation is actually doing. for me it would make understanding and programming fm synthesis much more easy. i still don't own octopus, i already requested in the past this feature. if it will be implemented i'll buy octopus

Sequencer playing properly in legato (and unison?) mode.

More advanced sequencer. I would like to be able to set speed (to take it further: in each sequencer separately). To make glides and accents. And (it's crazy but) to see +/-48 half steps in each step-window. Also it would be sick to have modulation of transpose section. So that I can loop an envelope for it. Pole switch for filters.

Two things I would love to see in the future --
1) A set of tools to help manipulate the amplitude and phase tables. Perhaps a right-click menu that would let you increase or decrease even or odd partials, randomize the table or zoom to allow easier editing.
2) Better envelope editing tools. Something akin to Rhino's that let you adjust the length easily (stretch to 200%, 150%, 66.7%, 50%)

The sequencer definitely needs glide/tie to be really useful I think. Also, the ability to use a sequencer as modulation source (for filters, osc. volume etc.).
A few more filter types. Like comb, and different sloped LP.
A quick selector for the basic osc. waveforms such as square, saw, triangle, pulse. Rather than having to load from a dialog.

Amplitude and Phase are horribly tiny and a real pain to edit. Please add some option to open a kind of popup window for each. Squeezing everything into a single window is nice, but not at the cost of my nerves and eye nerves.
Edit: I just saw that 833-45 asked the same thing a few posts back.

Was on my wishlist too for some time, maybe switching between envelope and an alternate harmonics editor would be a good thing...
