Nobody mentioned dual core support/optimization so far. Am I missing something, or does it still need to be implemented?

I have not read this thread, and just yesterday tried ext2 windoze version in linux...the one thing I would like is to copy the qjackctl dual-pane patchbay
and control panel, as it is clean and symetrical, and quite pleasing on the eyes...I find the near random placement
of sounnd elements, and crisscrossed blue/green patch connectors in the comps area to be just one more thought process wasted on non-creative ions...
and now, a hearty THANX!!! for the hard work put into this beta...mixing Augur
and STS24free and WusikstationCM in linux is quite a treat! Drat, though, now I must buy a new mobo/ram just to have a fighting chance! ':hihi:' oh, the suffering...

Jorgen, could you please fix the RAM issue? EXT2 is taking 30 MB RAM on a blank, default project whereas EXT1 takes 7 MB. This steals a LOT of available memory to my sampler, Gigastudio 3.

XT2 has an event list window. Is there something specific about the event list window that isn't there yet?

and if you set the strumming gap to zero, you get a programmable chord player.Caleb wrote:Chords1 was always an interesting idea, and I never really looked hard enough if it could sufficiently emulate guitar strumming. I should look at that one again just for the hell of it.
