Nah, I still think they are working on ManyFish. They have got to the bubbler working (sort of like a fish vocoder) the echo reflection locater (can't use "Sonar"), the coral cruncher, the wave action tremelo, the whale sounder, the barnaclizer, and all that good stuff. When it's all done, it will be really wet, man.

2ndStringer gets the prize for the biggest fish tale. BUT... fish vocoder was scrapped due to it sounding too much like Cher.2ndStringer wrote:Nah, I still think they are working on ManyFish. Also, we got it working in Sonar but it requires the USB FishTank for a Hub.

Doug....only a couple more yawns to go:

No fish vocoder? Ah man! Sources say that aquatic rap and roll going to be the NEXT BIG THING! It's really underwater man. You know? It's so underwater, it's dry. They are making the t-shirts. It's a sure thing.
Those usb mini aquariums sound tinny though. You need the 100 gallon jobs, with dual filtration algos. Or is that algae?
Well, back to your regularly scheduled program.

Hey fcd
The longest ... My golly gosh
This thread was only started on Apr 21... about 1 month ago and started out more about ManyOne and "what's up" here at ManyTone. I guess a few got excited at firing some guesses our way and getting a few more clues. I had fun anyways, as I think most have probably had reading these pages. We are announcing and showing the NEW product any day now (just finishing up the web pages). Also we are having a limited number Pre-Release Special price for those following the threads along (This will go live when the website does), and we'll be mailing all our existing customers of the offer.
Once announced though, I'm sure you'll see how fast the product gets "released" from that date. I mean, some other companies have dragged announcements and releases out for years. This product will release within about a month or so of the actual product announcement.
Even though we have been working on this product behind the scenes for nearly a year, from announcement to release will be spectacular performance i think
We're almost there M8!

We wait with baited breath. Cadillacs have fins but they are not fish. And Finns rarely have caddies because you can't VW golf in the reindeer. And vaporware isn't worth the air it's not written on. I got your subtle reference to Ethnotronic here...I promised myself I'd never say another word about that legendary imaginary turkey, yet here I ammanytone wrote:Hey fcd

You guys haven't released any dud products yet, so we'll trust ya. We'll be hearing MP3s and getting a proper description, I hope...

Hi again fnx
I updated my post above with a bit more info before you quoted me.
But yeah ...we have some MP3s ready and a complete description and webpages for this almost ready to go live.
(just waiting for a couple final details)
Also I was not referring to Ethnotronic at all ... Just the fact that in reality this is no where near vaporware and will be very fast compared to most companies from announcemnt to launch. (In fact - what's the opposite of vaporware?) I am surprised that word would even come up. Really...we only talked lightly about working on a new product 1 month ago
Even though it has been worked on here for ages.
And now we're nearly there already.
Cheers

Well, I kind of stretched things out with silly musings about ManyFish, which is not vaporware, or even water vaporware, but imaginary ware. It's not Paul's fault.
I am sure that Many**** will be very cool, and worth waiting for.
