Not to be funny, but, he did remove the link to the samples, so I assume he doesn't want people to have them anymore, since he apparently changed the password on the archive, assuming Excelsior is the real password in the first place. I don't know his motivation for his changes, so I don't think it will be helpful to explain how I got the archive since I can't extract the samples anyway. In other words, this kit so far has just been a large useless download, and giving the download details would be putting a strain on someone's bandwidth for nothing.

Yeah -- it's weird. What a bummer
I wish he'd have told us all he was pulling the link so all this time wouldn't have been wasted.
But, it was a kind offer -- while it lasted anyway.

can we asume that?widget wrote:so I assume he doesn't want people to have them anymore,
i mean it don't say nothin' about being a limited time offer in the readme,it gives permission to even make a vsti out of em,so he didn't seem to mind what anyone did with em (as long as they weren't repackaged and sold as a sample collection)am i right?
maybe there's some other reason for the link going down, site bandwidth etc??
does anyone else know more?

I think we should just stop bothering until the OP replies.
There might be several reasons for taking the download away. We just don't know.
And well - we missed it. So what? I missed more important things in my life. WAY more important things.

Many thanks for the upload, spacedad. I hope that's ok for the OP - and thanks to him as well, of course!
There's some *really* nice gems coming with those samples. So, thanks again!
