Generally Joerg is extremely fast in his replies - if he hasn't gotten back to you he's definitely unable to at the moment, so it would be better to wait a little while longer.

Great software. I just hope that Joerg gets in touch sometime soon as it's very frustrating.
I understand that life does get in the way, so hopefully it will be resolved very soon.
I've been watching the Crusher evolve since 1998 and I've finally found the spare cash to actually buy it.
